As a mom of 2 it was difficult for me to be connected with my inner self but yoga inspired me and helped me to find myself through the practice and has given me a still mind, a peaceful heart and a stronger body.
I first started my yoga journey in 2013 and immediately started dreaming about becoming a yoga teacher, it was love at first sight so just 3 years later I took a 200hrs YTT. Since then I have been practicing and learning to be able to give the best of me to my students.
Yoga to me is a way of life and I look forward to see where this beautiful journey is gonna take me.
