White Fox private yoga class provides one-on-one guidance in yoga practice through carefully selected yoga teachers, leading students to experience improved physical, mental, and emotional health and happiness. We provide the best resources and the highest quality of instruction, integrating modern coaching techniques with traditional Indian yoga teaching methodology and combining western dynamics with eastern spirituality.

White Fox private yoga class can also be tailored for individuals with particular needs. For example, our classes can help alleviate conditions such as stress, anxiety, depression and insomnia to name just a few. Our female-only classes can help with pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, menstrual disorder, and menopause.

Also, White Fox private yoga classes can be tailored for couples and small private groups such as family and friends for a fun and collective bonding experience, combining the energy of a group class with the personalized attention of a private class. In addition, private classes for corporate groups are available.

Distinct from group classes in which many people participate, the White Fox private yoga class creates an individualized class incorporating the following 10 benefits:

  1. A tailored class mindful of your limitations, injuries, or health concerns.
  2. A focus on personal goals and needs, with goals adjusted as you progress.
  3. Personal attention to your body’s needs, changes in mood, energy level, and level of acceptance.
  4. Flexibility to work around your schedule.
  5. A range of venues available including studios, door-to-door, and online in a supported and interactive environment.
  6. Feel more comfortable and reduce anxiety.
  7. Receive detailed instructions, assistance and corrections to deepen your practice.
  8. Gain initial experience in a safe environment for those beginning yoga.
  9. Advance your yoga skills with pre-determined goals for the intermediate/advanced yoga practitioner.
  10. Gain the experience to be able to practice yoga independently at home.
