Linda Troutman is a 500 hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
She currently teaches yoga students of all ages. She is a part of the primary faculty at Prairie Yoga for both the 250 and 500 hour teacher training programs. She is the lead teacher for a 250 hour All Embracing Teacher training. This is a teacher training program for teacher trainees that may need a bit of support and or adaptations to enable them to succeed or who want to learn how to skillfully use adaptations and props to support their students. She is also one of the lead teachers for the 500 hour TT modules called Adaptations and Special Populations
