Linda Wellstein is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Ms. Wellstein was trained in Yin Yang Yoga which comprises both i) Yin and ii) Yang (Vinyasa Flow) Yoga and she incorporates both asanas in her practice and teaching. She has studied under i) Tina Lanzoni at Evolutions in Annapolis, MD, (who is a protege of Paul Grilley, among others,) and ii) Biff Mithoefer of the JAMTSE School of Yin Yoga. She is currently near completion of her additional training towards a 200 hour Advanced Yin Yoga Teacher Training certification with JAMTSE School of Yin Yoga and completed the 300 hour RYT in Tantra Hatha Yoga through The Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts.
