After several years of practice, I decided to sign up for a yoga teacher training in Goa, India, to give my own yoga practice a better foundation. The teacher training was based on the traditional forms of Hatha and Ashtanga yoga and included asanas, pranayama, alignment, meditation, philosophy, anatomy and Ayurveda. Continues education included restorative yoga, fascia yoga and yin.
My yoga sessions are based on my own practice, which can best be described as Vinyasa-flow or Hatha-flow and tries to combine the various asanas with flowing movements and continuous breathing. I like to use modifications of the traditional asanas to adapt the exercise to the different levels of the participants.
