Susanna Livermore is a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Susanna has completed a 200 hour YTT with Soma Yoga Institute, a 500 hour YTT with Shiva Tattva Yoga School in Rishikesh, India, a Trauma Informed YTT with SoulWork™ and Body wise foundation, 150 hours in Yin Yoga Training & Yoga anatomy training. Susanna has also completed further studies in trauma informed facilitation and somatic activated healing and continues to coach and teach in all these fields.
My passion & dharma is to cultivate healing and connection. Using the avenue of Yoga, trauma informed practices and somatic healing modalities, it is a joy to facilitate others to heal through movement, meditation and the body. Always incorporating & honouring the traditional teachings with concious communication, care & love, with the hopes it will cultivate healing in others hearts like it did mine.
