Tracy is a Canadian full time YACEP, E-RYT 500 Yoga Alliance registered Vinyasa, Yin, Pre and Post-natal, Restorative and Yoga Nidra and Pilates teacher based in Oslo, Norway. She currently teaches public studio classes, courses, privates, corporates and events. Her approach balances challenging, energising practices, with breath based mindfulness. Tracy specialises in high intensity, low impact movement that works! Her classes focus more on self-enquiry, end-range engagement, developing strength, flexibility, and holistic health, than making specific shapes with one’s body. Movement is the most valuable tool we have for improving our mental health. Tracy fundamentally believes yoga and pilates is for everybody and every body; her goal is to make exercise fun, addictive, accessible and welcoming to all.
Tracy completed her 500 RYT Advanced Teaching certification with internationally renowned teacher Jason Crandell, often called “the teacher’s teacher,” who has been shaping the yoga landscape for the last 20 years. She has her 200 RYT in Vinyasa Yoga and Ayurveda and her 30 HR Restore and Yoga Nidra training from the Atman Yoga School, 50 HR Yin Yoga training with Bernie Clark, a globally recognized authority on Yin and a prolific author, 30 HR Yin Yoga Foundations from Chi Therapeutics, and a 65 HR Prenatal, Postnatal and Mom and Baby Yoga Teacher Training from Bliss Baby Yoga. She is also a registered Yoga Alliance E-RYT 200 and a YACEP, Continuing Education Provider. Tracy received her Pilates training through Polestar Pilates.
Tracy has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Religious Studies with primary focus on Buddhism and Hinduism from the University of British Columbia and holds a Masters Degree in Education, from the Institute of Education, University College London. She is also an accredited AMI Montessori teacher.
Tracy lives for helping people on their wellness journey towards a healthier, more active, and sustainable lifestyle. She is constantly inspired and energized by supporting others in their growth and self development.
