Anoushka is a certified Ashtanga Vinyasa and Yin yoga teacher since 2019.
She started practicing yoga in 2010 while living in the US, then continued as she came back to Brussels and developed a consistent practice after seeing how yoga helped her recover from a sciatica. Mostly, beyond a physical practice, She discovered a mental and spiritual path that continues to guide her through the hardships of life and allows her to cultivate more harmony, balance, awareness and joy.
Students usually enjoy her voice and way of phrasing, her focus on patience, kindness and no judgement towards oneself, and the way she guides them towards their own expression of the poses. Inclusivity and accessibility in yoga deeply matters to me. Indeed, she is convinced the benefits of yoga can be experienced by anyone, regardless of their background or physical condition, provided people are guided through a safe practice adapted to their anatomy.
In this spirit, she is committed to making her classes accessible to all, whether a beginner or a regular practitioner.
