Nancy Moore completed her 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2015 at Asheville Yoga Center in North Carolina. A permanent resident of Chile, she teaches Vinyasa and Restorative yoga in the small town where she lives. Her approach to yoga builds on dynamic sequencing while honoring the importance of stillness. Nancy's classes focus on increasing awareness of the breath and energetic body while engaging in a practice rooted in spirituality and love.
