Attention to Breath, Posture and Building Inner Happiness -
With seven years of training in pranayama prior to my yoga certifications, I love helping others discover the power of their breath, while stretching deep on their yoga mats. I weave in a touch of self-care and self-love reminders into each class, hoping to keep the yogi inspired to keep breathing and stretching their bodies daily. The benefits of mind/body awareness enhances our wellbeing and over all sense of self-esteem.
I teach yoga classes at EOS Fitness and Carlsbad Village Yoga and online at YouTube, plus private events and private yoga classes. I am also a certified Yoga Educator YACEP.
I also teach privately for San Diego Wellness Source where I teach privately for companies as well as virtual on Zoom.
My passion is helping others develop a sense of love for their inner wellbeing. I have written five Inspirational nonfiction books on self-care, breathing and beauty. MIDDLE AGE BEAUTY, LIVE LOVE SOUL, ANGEL LESSONS and BE STILL and BREATHE.
