Attention to Breath, Posture and Building Inner Happiness -
With seven years of training in pranayama prior to my yoga certifications, I love helping others discover the power of their breath, while stretching deep on their yoga mats. I weave in a touch of self-care and self-love reminders into each class, hoping to keep the yogi inspired to keep breathing and stretching their bodies daily. The benefits of mind/body awareness also helps lift our wellbeing and over all sense of self esteem.
I teach yoga classes at EOS Fitness and Carlsbad Village Yoga and online at YouTube, plus private events and private yoga classes. I am also a certified Yoga Educator YACEP.
My passion is helping others develop a sense of love for their inner wellbeing. I have written five Inspirational nonfiction books on self-care, breathing and beauty. I was over moon to have my very first book receive a lot of publicity for the emphasis on Natural Beauty and health (MIDDLE AGE BEAUTY).
I love meeting others through the connection of the yoga community. If you stop in at one of my classes, please introduce yourself. I teach gentle stretch, vinyasa style yoga, power yoga, yin yoga, and all level yoga classes.
