500 RYT although I've completed over 1000 teacher training hours in various countries.  My passion is to run easily accessible classes to all levels that are grounded in authentic, ancient teachings.

I am proudly part of the Akhanda/Nat Shiva lineage and my 2nd 300 hr YTT is recognised by the Gurukula Kangri University in Haridwar.   My teacher is Yogrishi Vishveketu.

I came from a background in fitness after being injured.  I was someone who needed yoga to heal by body and mind from mis-use!  As an experienced life coach I knew I was looking for the missing links to offer a fuller service to clients.

I loved high intensity exercise but my body had had enough, so rather than arriving to yoga in a sea of zen, I slid in sideways, worn out and injured.  I needed to heal my body and learn the value of pause, of stillness, of breath.  Of steady movement with deep connection, of a widening of my awareness to understand how my body moved and what my mind was doing at the same time;  how often did I 'check out' of my practice?  How often was I aware of the mental and energetic activity on the inside?  How in tune was I with my intuition?

This journey led me to complete many hours of training, and yet I was looking for something more.  I found that in Akhanda Yoga.   Initially I went to India to study at the Akhanda institute to complete teaching training in Kundalini.  this profound experience led me to extend my stay and complete my second 300hr  YTT.

I wanted to heal my relationships both with others and with myself.  Deep shifts during my training set the stage moving forward and I am now thrilled to be able to offer trainings in yoga, combining my knowledge of yoga with my coaching and teaching experience.
