Jo Crowder is an experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT 500) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). In addition because of her many years experience and expertise, she has the additional YACEP status, providing Yoga Education to others. Jo hosts International Retreats and is presently running classes online.
