Ben Clarke is a RYT-500, and HHP (Holistic Health Practitioner). Ben completed his yoga certification at Yoga One in San Diego where he still teaches online corporate classes. He is now living in Raleigh, NC where he teaches online through his website yogawithben.com. Ben found yoga in 2017 after his battle with cancer. Doing yoga helped Ben reinhabit his body, build back his strength and flexibility, and deal with the trauma of what he went through. Yoga with Ben is about creating a healing space within yourself both on and off the mat. When taking yoga with Ben you will be encouraged to slow down and practice mindfulness; connecting breath, body, and mind.
