I am Kazli, your yoga teacher from India.

I have been practicing yoga for over a decade now. Yoga has enhanced the quality of my life. It has made me physically and mentally stronger and transformed me into the calm and content person that I am now.

As a mother of two, yoga has really helped me overcoming the everyday stress that we experience in this busy world.

I am keen to share my knowledge with you towards making your life healthier and happier.

I invite you to join me and experience yoga. Whatever your age or ability is, you would be amazed with the improvement it brings to the quality of your life. 
 
I have trained and certified from the world's largest and most reputed yoga association - Yoga Alliance International (RYT200). I am also a qualified Children's Yoga teacher (RCYS). I have taught in the UK and abroad in Europe and India.

I offer group yoga classes, one-to-one yoga sessions, meditative yoga, relaxation yoga with mantra chanting, children's yoga classes and ladies only yoga sessions based on your specific needs.
