My first meeting with yoga was in May 2013. First try wasn't love at first sight. But later after a few months from my first try I visited one yoga class with an amazing teacher and fell in love to yoga...
Some time has passed and now we (me and you) are here and I try to pass on what I have learned over the years. What I learned in my personal practise, from books, from a lot of teachers and mainly from my heart. Yes, I have a few yoga courses (2 directly in India - RYT200 in Rishikesh and RYT300 in InteYoga in Mysore) and few papers with words about my qualifications. But it is not about certificates, courses and an amount of knowledge... It is about us. ;)
On my hours/classes you have to have fun, be safe, move, be inside your body, breathe and most importanly be in present moment. Awareness everytime and everywhere...
I love classical hatha yoga, so it is a kind of yoga which I offer. And my second love is yin yoga. Sometimes, if I feel it from the group, we can make some flow yoga or vinyasa, but mostly slow gentle hatha yoga. Asanas, mantras, pranayama, relaxation, meditation, concentration... everything is possible. Just come and try it. I am waiting for you. ;)
About my personal practise - at present is my practise mostly ashtanga yoga few times a week combinated with a little hatha yoga and yin yoga. Every day of course i do pranayama and meditation.
