I started practicing yoga to overcome health issues and from that moment, I opened my eyes to a world that still captivates me; a world that goes beyond the limits of a mat; a world in which to learn, to live the process of personal transformation, is an exciting journey. A journey that is a gift and where I find ‘my moment’. A moment to enjoy the stillness in motion; to know me; to explore…
A journey that accompanies me on a daily basis, on and off the mat, in the different roles I perform: as part of my family, as an expert communicator in Branding and strategy or as a university lecturer ...
Graduated as a Certified Yoga Instructor by the International Yoga Alliance (RTY500) at The New School of Yogic Arts, 2019; and at Grace’s Anatomy, 2020; in Boston. In this learning process, I have had the opportunity, accompanied by people I admire such as Laura Ahrens and Grace Jull, to continue and keep learning. An opportunity to live and share the path of yoga from an integral and transversal embodiment; applying a deep study of the gross and subtle anatomy, alignment, asanas, mudras, meditation and pranayama, ethics and philosophy.
I seek to be able to share, contribute and accompany a comprehensive knowledge and practice of yoga in a safe and inclusive environment for all people who want to explore and live yoga.
My dharma: being always a student, sharing knowledge, being a teacher, to only go back to being a student again. A cycle that is intertwined with my life; where yoga is already part of how I experience it.
