I practise and teach Ashtanga Yoga in it's traditional form, as taught by the Krishna Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute in Mysore, India.

I have been practising yoga since 1999 and have been teaching in Glasgow for the past 10 years.

Between 2008 and 2016 I made yearly extended trips to India to study and practise in Mysore at the KPJAYI with my teacher Sharath Jois, from whom I received level 2 authorisation to teach primary and intermediate series in 2014.

I set up and continue to run the first daily dedicated morning mysore programme in Glasgow. I also teach beginners classes, workshops, and private sessions.

I co-run a small studio in Glasgow's West End 'Finnieston Yoga Shala' . Our aim is to bring experienced and authentic, unpretentious teaching of yoga ( principally Ashtanga but other forms as well ) to all types of people, from all walks of life!!
