Pru Pru is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance in Hong Kong base, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School. She is also an experienced & active Freediving instructor and scuba diver. She practice yoga more then 20 years included Hatha, Pranayama, Meditation, Vinyasa, Wheel, Aerial, Yin and Singbowl etc.
The Asana is exercised to strengthen every part of the body, helps by Pranayama regulated the breathing to giving more afford for energy flow. Meditation is reaching a state of peace and enlightenment, to control the mind, finally rise up energy. The practice of yoga so completely involves the mind and with the body, resulting in all around development.
