Yves Givel is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
He is also a certified 'Search Inside Yourself' mindful leadership teacher, and infuses his yoga sessions not only with a healthy physical aspect, but also with mindfulness and meditation.
Yves recently also completed a 60h TTC on Yoga Nidra, and infuses his yoga sessions with this meditation regularly.
