Hi! I'm Liza, and I'm a Florida-based RYT-200 yoga teacher. My philosophy is that if you want to do yoga, you can do yoga. You don't have to be a certain age, or a certain size, you can do it if you're injured, disabled, or haven't exercised in a long time. I believe yoga should be adjusted to work with you, not the other way around.

I approach yoga, and all fitness and wellness, from a Health At Every Size perspective. That means I believe in doing things that make your body feel good and work at its best, instead of focusing on weight as a barometer of health. For more info on HAES, visit the ASDAH website.
