I have been practising yoga for over 10 years. I provide time for students to develop their own practice and a sense of connectedness to the breath, body and mind. The rich history and philosophy of yoga creates a mindful way to honour the teachings that came before us and to allow space for exploration. I love teaching beginners, gentle yoga and inclusive classes in the community so others feel supported in their own unique journey in yoga. I have recently had the honour of holding space as an Assistant Lead teacher at the 200 hour yoga teacher training at Pranashanti Yoga Centre. I completed my 300 hour Hatha yoga teacher training in 2021. I am certified to teach Hatha, Yin, Chair and Yoga for Arthritis.
