Luisa Zamboni is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a 200hrs yoga teacher training with The Power Yoga Company, in London.

She is also a certified Teen Yoga teacher, having completed a training course with the Teen Yoga Foundation.

Luisa teaches a powerful vinyasa flow class that is open to all levels, from beginners to more advanced practitioners, with particular focus on balance, alignment and pranayama, a touch of humour and engaging music.
