I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS) 

I believe that Yoga is for everyone regardless.  That is my passion.

Yoga has the ability to help us in mind and body as it is a "Workout" and a "Work-in".

I am absolutely love being a yoga teacher as I love to assist people in their journey through the Yoga, Meditation and Relaxation practices.

I myself, discovered Yoga about 10 years ago when I was looking for something so as to de-stress from a very stressful Job.

Finding yoga has being extremely positive to my wellness and I believe everyone can have the same experience.
