Kate Purcell is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Kate has practiced Hatha yoga for over 20 years. Having seen the positive effect that yoga has had on her life, especially at times of great stress, she has qualified as a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher with the aim of sharing her experience.
Her practice is calm, slow and deliberate, integrating movement, breath and mind. She believes that yoga is for everyone and the techniques we learn on our mats, can enhance and improve the life we lead off our mats.
