I discovered yoga back in 2016 while suffering from chronic back pain. After experiencing the many benefits of yoga myself I went on to complete Teacher Training in 2019. Through my classes, I aims to inspire everyone to get on the yoga mat and make it part of their everyday life. I am passionate about Yoga Philosophy and use it in my classes as a way to challenge the students thinking, to make them question things, and to inspire them to make profound changes in their life. My main passion is teaching Yin Yoga but I do enjoy teaching Beginner and Slow Flow classes too.
