I come from a dance and choreography background and obtained my first certification as a Yoga and Pilates Teacher in Russia in 2015, where I am from. Also, I completed a 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in Berkeley, California, in March 2019, and completed a 300-hour Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in Ubud, Bali, in November 2023. I graduated from Pilates Moscow Institute in 2015 and EQUINOX in 2023 as a Pilates Mat Teacher. I've been practicing these practices since about 2013.

I believe that my desire to help people and my love of movement and practice led me to teach yoga. I am passionate about helping people relax, breathe deeply, relieve their stress, and stay positive about life. I love a good challenge in my life and always do my best to inspire people to step up to the challenge of powerful vinyasa, while honoring each individual's needs and unlimited possibilities. I love to teach Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Power Yoga, and Yoga Sculpt. I believe your only limit is in your own mind!
