Michele is a 200-RYT and a graduate of Natasja Payne's Yoga School. Highly motivated and engaging, she practices and teaches vinyasa flow, hatha, yin, Himalayan Kriya Yoga and meditation techniques.
Michele has a life-long dedication to fitness with a background in sports injury management, injury prevention and rehab, anatomy and physiology, athletic training and coaching. She is a graduate of Leslie Kaminoff and Amy Matthews 20-hour Yoga Anatomy Fundamentals course and currently teaches the anatomy portion of a YTT-200 hour program.
Michele is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.
