Pohaya Daya is a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher, a Reiki Master and a Certified Meditation Coach. A Yoga and Reiki practitioner for over 20 years, she studied in India, New York, California and Florida. A "for ever" spiritual seeker, she is experienced in many mind, body and soul holistic modalities from different cultures. In India, she became certified as an Integral Yoga Teacher under the guidance of Sri Sudarshan of Skylight Yoga, himself a student of Sri Swami Jyotirmayananda, the last direct disciple of one of the most esteemed and prominent Yoga Masters Sri Swami Sivananda Saraswati. Drawing upon her life experiences and professional skills - mother, art gallery owner, cancer survivor, operations & finance executive - her classes are relatable to the needs and abilities of her students. Through deep intuition, compassion and knowledge, she uses Yoga and Reiki to guide you and find your path to knowledge, health, acceptance and peace.
