I am a full time working mom, avid fitness enthusiast, and I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband, 2 and a half year old son, 9 month old son, and 7 year old chocolate lab mix Bailey. My husband and I are originally from Texas and we are excited to be in sunny California! Yoga and meditation have made a large impact on my life and have taught me the importance of the breath and centering within myself in relation to the world. I believe in tailoring my flows for all levels and offering modifications throughout each class. Adjustments are also performed during and at the end of class along with a meditation or mantra to start and end class. I currently offer adult vinyasa, pre/peri/post natal yoga, as well as kids yoga, and baby & me yoga! I look forward to not only teaching yoga but also learning from my students.
