Kirsten Guest is the Director of Teacher Certification for the Integrative Restoration Institute, as well as a Supervisor for iRest Teacher Certification.  She trains teachers in iRest, and teaches retreats and classes in iRest yoga nidra meditation and yoga asana in and around Kimberley, B.C., and in various locations across Canada.
