I *love* sharing my passion for yoga. As a teacher, I seek to empower others to cultivate their own unique strength, confidence and personal awareness through a resilient body and mind.
I teach many different styles and flows, but generally students can expect an energetic, challenging practice that builds heat through breath work and dynamic movement to cleanse the body and focus the mind.
