Hi yogis!

You can currently find me teaching at Flagstaff's heated full-sensory YogaSix studio, where I specialize in high-energy, upbeat vinyasa-style power yoga.

I started taking yoga classes during my undergraduate career, and after a more than a decade of practice, I decided to take the next step and enroll in a 200-hour training program.

I completed my 200-hour training with CorePower Yoga at Chicago's Uptown studio in December of 2018.

Following my graduation, I spent a year teaching both vinyasa and yin classes at an independent Chicago studio before joining the Peace Corps, where I taught community yoga classes to children, adults and other Peace Corps Volunteers in Ukraine.

After taking some time off of teaching during the COVID-19 pandemic, I began my current job at YogaSix in early 2022 when the studio first opened.

I love cultivating friendships and relationships in whatever studio I'm teaching in.
