Sangeeta Ramdahen is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS) at Yoga Vidya Mandiram in Rishikesh India in February 2019.
In July 2019 Sangeeta joined the 500 hr-YTT Program under Yoga London a dedicated yoga teacher training school led by Rebecca Ffrench advanced 1100hr director of teaching based in Bermondsey.
The training period is of 12-36 months Sangeeta chose training with special interests in mental health and mindfulness practices, aiming to complete by the summer of 2020. The advanced teaching 300 hours completion certificate was issued 31 July 2020

Sangeeta is a volunteer teacher at the Sira Yoga Centre ( formerly West London Yoga) every Wednesday Morning and alternate Thursday evenings. She also teaches a small number of private sessions pro bono.
This amazing nonprofit Sira centre provides 13 classes a week to the local community thanks to the space donated by local family business -Sira Supermarket and its volunteer teachers. Also benefitting from the teachers and trainees on the 200hr YTT of Himalayan Hatha Yoga Program led by Yogi Ashokanada of the Ashoka Tree Foundation. The annual membership cost is £20/- with no class fee thereafter and unlimited access. Over 350 members registered in 2020 with classes live streamed on Zoom.
