Deborah took her first yoga class in 2003 as a way to stay physically fit during pregnancy. As her belly grew so did her affection for yoga. She found joy and power in connecting a challenging physical activity with a sense of spirituality. Her practice blossomed over the years and she transitioned naturally to teaching—in particular holding a sacred space for students to find their own inner strength along with inner stillness. Her classes are rooted in ashtanga and flow with thoughtful creativity and a strong focus on movement of the breath. She cares deeply about every student in her class and is honored to witness the beauty of transformation that happens on the mat.
Deborah holds an RYT-200 from Extend Yoga. She moonlights as an environmental educator, graphic designer and mom to three very inspiring kids.
