Amie Jefferies, BodyFusion is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS) plus experience of at least 1000 teaching hours.
Amie enjoys her own morning yoga practice, 5 mornings per week, and a slower, more restorative evening practice every night. She also gets out for beach walks, jogs, and yoga whenever possible and loves to meditate on the beach, too.
BodyFusion studio is a cute, old-school beach bach, perfect for small class and personalised yoga practice. Amie will welcome you in for a cup of herbal tea and a chat!
