Tom Hudson is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). In addition, Tom has been trained in Wilderness First Aid and is a graduate of the Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guide program (Level 1), and is a certified Chopra Center Meditation Teacher.
