Owner of Soul Seed Yoga in Melbourne, Australia, Maxine is a ERYT 500 and YACEP with Yoga Alliance having gained her initial 500 hours certification under the tutelage of John Ogilvie and his team at the Byron Yoga Centre. She completed a further 300 hours training in Rishikesh, India and is grateful to all her teachers there especially Jagjeet Singh and Sumit Thalwal for their knowledge and wisdom.
Maxine has also completed 50hr Yin Teacher Training with endorsed Insight Yoga Institute Teacher Sarah Owen as well as various other short course and workshops including those by renowned teachers Danny Paradise, Nicky Knoff and Danny Paradise.
Maxine continues her education with esteemed teacher Jagjeet Singh delving deeper in to yoga philosophy and pranayama.
Maxine enjoys teaching a diverse range of students from beginners to those with a more established practice and particularly likes introducing yoga philosophy, pranayama and meditation in to her classes.
Maxine teaches Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Ashtanga, Meditation, Sound Healing and Pranayama as well as running retreats.
