Dolly truly began her journey of introspection and self discovery through yoga and meditation in 2009. What was meant as a recreational drop-in class resulted in a spiritual shift and eventual immersion into yoga as the heart from which her health, relationships and profession would emanate.
The practice was a revelation and Dolly was quick to identify for the first time in her life a sense of calm through the synchronicity of breath and movement.
To this day, Dolly continues to dive deep into her yoga evolution by applying her trainings in vinyasa, hot, yin, meditation, anatomy and trauma yoga, not only to her own practice, but also to any opportunity given to guide other practitioners along their yoga journey.
Dolly guides her students with kindness and an unwavering belief that yoga is a journey of redefining what it means to be vulnerable. To understand it as something powerful and sincere rather than weakness. A meaningful way of reconnecting with the world through deep connection with one’s own mind, body and soul.
