Rhiana Lopez is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Hi! My name is Rhiana Lopez, native from the island of Puerto Rico. I started this journey in 1998 and in 2012, as a permanent student which developed my passion to becoming a teacher, Yoga saved my life, aid trauma and depression and even though I still have so much to learn, I want to be an instrument for others restore through Yoga. I consider myself the eternal student. I have a passion and believe that anyone can find balance through Yoga. My purpose, make that first student fall in love with the practice, bring yoga to all the communities regardless (who, what, when, where), and now my newly found passion, Yoga for Trauma. My mission is to bring inspiration & hope to those who are close to getting that first step into Yoga and get inspiration from those who have already been walking this path. I Teach wherever Yoga is needed in my island of Puerto Rico, yes! I am a Yoga Nomad. Probably if you ask yogis what does Yoga means for them, you will get a million different answers. To me Yoga is to bind, to unite mind, body, spirit, races, communities, people & all living beings. That is exactly what makes me so passionate about teaching It, for me to be the tool to help inspire others to improve their overall wellness and live in tune with everything that surrounds them, and encourage them to love themselves is a true blessing.
