What can I tell you? 200h Yoga Teacher Training, 3 years professional training in Integrative Kinesiology, 150h Anatomy and Physiology, 80h Psychosomatics and Psychopathology, 80h NeuroMed and the training "How do I teach Yoga in prison?" With Dieter Guckasch are among my trainings. I would like to tell you what I care about. It gives me tremendous pleasure to give my fellow human beings an area or a moment where they can be completely present with them and also be easy in the classroom who they are - far away from all expectations and norms. There is nothing better than to see stressed people or people with deep worries after class relax and go home relaxed. To my lesson: I am completely at home with Vinyasa and Yin Yoga and also bring many inputs and techniques from kinesiology into my lessons.
