Since my childhood, I have been practicing Surat Shabd Yoga, a form of Bhakti Yoga that emphasizes meditation and the principles of yamas and niyamas. A few years ago, I embarked on the path of Hatha Yoga, specifically in the style of Iyengar. To deepen my knowledge and skills, I successfully completed my 500-hour Teacher Training at the renowned Om Shanti Om Yoga Ashram in Rishikesh, India.
Driven by my passion for yoga, I continued my journey and expanded my education by completing a 100-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC), a 95-hour Children's Yoga TTC and 95-hour Prenatal Yoga TTC.
Additional i completed a course in Thai Yoga Massage by Swami Prem Adeh of the Himalayan Zen School. All these experiences have equipped me with a diverse set of tools and techniques to cater and teach to different individuals and age groups.
My ultimate goal is to spread love and happiness through the practice and teachings of yoga. With a compassionate heart, I strive to inspire and guide others on their own transformative yoga journeys.
With love and gratitude, Marlon
