Hello- I'm Kathryn Taylor (KT), thank you for being here. My life has been a constant transition, which instilled a deep curiosity for the world and new ways to move in it that persists today. My practice began after a combination of injury and loss that left me feeling stuck and without direction. Since then yoga has become far more than asana, the physical practice, to me. It brought me home, taught me my boundaries and value, and gave me back my courage, curiosity and joy. It allowed me the space to find and transform into a higher version of myself.

I am a registered E-RYT200 and RYT500. I am additionally a Level 1 Integrative Restoration Teacher through the IR Institute and certified as a Brain Longevity Specialist. Using all of these tools I provide my clients with a deeply personal and complete holistic approach to finding their fullest path. I lead retreats and workshops internationally, and take private clients in-person or remote.

I currently live between Mexico City and Europe with my husband, seeking the wild and wonderful every step of the way.
