E-RYT 500 A dedicated meditator for the last 10 years, I began my physical yoga practice in 2013. Now a loyal student and practitioner, I completed my first 200-hour teacher training at Power Living in Sydney, Australia. Subsequently I took an Ashtanga Vinyasa, Myofascial release, and pranayama 300 hour training at Kranti Yoga in Goa, India, in addition to a Vinyasa creative sequencing course in London, UK. I completed both a foundation 200 hour and advanced Teacher Training in Forrest Yoga which focuses on various physical and emotional trauma. I have also completed a Sacred Geometry Vinyasa Teacher Training which focuses on Katonah, Ashtanga and functional range conditioning movement styles. I offer a dynamic practice inspired by my key teachers and extensive training. I love to take my students on a journey through each practice creating a joyful, transformational and supportive environment.
