Samantha is a catalyst for Joy and Gratitude. 

Her days are spent practicing yoga, writing, playing with her children and creating with her husband. She loves absorbing wisdom from spiritual authors and luminaries, conscious leaders, as well as Health & Wellness experts. Getting to contribute to her community through teaching yoga classes and leading Yoga Teacher Training Programs all designed to Lift YOU up, Samantha reminds YOU that the art of being more present in your life can bring YOU one step closer to being your HIGHER more joyful self. 

Samantha is the founder and creator of YOUniversal Yoga, a yoga school and an avenue where she shares the joy of playful movement through the practice of yoga. YOUniversal Yoga is a warm and welcoming Registered Yoga Alliance School in the middle of Coral Springs, Florida. 

Her yoga journey began with1 Hot Yoga Class during her Sophomore year of college, which marked the beginning of her path toward self-healing. 

After graduating college, developing her knowledge of language/word play through writing and energy work , Sam felt driven to evolve her love of yoga, enrolling and completing back to back Yoga Teacher Training Programs level 1 and Level 2/3 in Fort Lauderdale, Fl.

Also, graduating and receiving her license as a Facial Skin Care Specialist as well as an Access Consciousness Bars Facilitator, Samantha’s fondness for Wellness and creative expression allows her to promote and deliver a more holistic approach toward wellness.

As of 2020, Samantha has created her own Yoga Teacher Training programs In-Studio and Online. She is E-RYT200 and a YACEP. With her profound drive to share the wisdom of the yoga practice, Samantha is set on a path to build her vision that empowers herself and others to make choices that lead to a more joyful world.  She encourages each of us to ask where in our own lives we may allow the energy of Joy and gratitude to grow?
