Sarah Sopracolle is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Passionate about Sound Yoga in particular, all her classes and offerings contain a sacred sound aspect. Sarah uses singing bowls, shamanic drumming, voice and other sound medicine instruments both during active practice and final relaxation. Sarah's teaching style and the gentle meditative nature of her classes make them accessible to everyone.
About the Studio: Sound Seed Yoga was born by combining Sarah's three passions of yoga, gardening and music. This unique studio, located in the upstairs of one of Quadra Island's few heritage barns, is a space to share, to come together and to go within. It's a space of relaxation and remembering who we really are.
