When I was 18 I signed up to my local gym to focus on health and fitness, yoga was one of the main practices I enjoyed. The mindfulness, mind/body connection, the slowing down, the intentionality and depth of movement - I kept going back multiple times a week no matter what came up in my life, yoga was always the one constant for me. 6 years later I decided to follow my heart and do my 200 hour teacher training, and graduated in 2018. Now I teach what I love and practice, hoping to share the magic with others.
Inspired by somatics, Strala Yoga (New York), mother India, various Australian and Balinese yoga studios, 5Rhythms, dance, music, vedic meditation, Qi Gong/Tai Chi and sound healing.
