Shotaro Pranava Narita is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Since I was in my teens, I trained my body to various gymnastics and body buildings, including gyms. Since I entered my 40s I was addicted to a full marathon. As I participated in the full marathon contest more than 10 times a year, my body suffered a burden and suffered from troubles and troubles of my feet.
At that time, the mind and body were saved by yoga which began to rehabilitate, and mindfulness necessary for the marathon was also acquired.
"I want you to get out of my mental and physical troubles by getting to know the correct yoga."
From such a thought, I went to Yoga holy place to study in Yoga in Rishikesh, India.
Yogi Vishnu Guru Ji of the world peace yoga school head teacher, I learned a lot of yoga from him,
After that, I learned Marma massage and anatomy under Mr. Rajandra, instructor of Veda Thera.
After returning to Japan, I thought whether it was my mission to provide a wonderful yoga life for everyone, and I opened a small and cozy studio in Shibata.
The name of the studio is “Pranava Yoga Studio” , a yoga studio in Shibata City,Niigata Prefecture.
In yoga's birthplace in India, the idea that yoga is not just a movement but "to find out who you are and how to live" is rooted.
In our studio we also want to instruct yoga to be part of your life.
Originally, yoga listens to "real true voice" from inside of you
By confronting ourselves,
It aims at Samadhi (enlightenment).
Through yoga, being positive, being in a stable state
I feel pleasure, the sensitivity will become rich.
The name of the studio "Pranava” is the name given from Yogi Vishnu Guru Ji, the head teacher of the World Peace Yoga School.
"Pranava" means Sanskrit word "holy sound".
In Indian philosophy it is said that you can purify your mind and body by advancing pranarva.
In our studio, so that students can have a pleasant time,
While approaching one by one, I will invite you to the path of Yogi / Yogini.
In addition, as Japan 's first World Peace Yoga School accredited school, we are planning to develop various collaborations including support for studying in Indo - yoga.
