Rebekah teaches children's yoga. Her teaching is informed by her training as a Physical Therapist and her work with children with a variety of health conditions. Her classes emphasize student engagement and participation and tend to incorporate elements of the natural world. Rebekah is inspired by her experiences in the outdoors and study of natural history. She started a yoga practice in her youth and has explored a variety of styles for more than two decades. She is grateful to be a student at Yoga Oasis in Tucson and to have obtained her RYT-200 through study with teachers Darren Rhodes, Sam Rice, and Brigette Finley.
