I have a 200hrs Multi Yoga Certification at Mahi Yoga school  in Dharamsala , a 300hrs Vinyasa Flow at Sampoorna Yoga School in Goa India and a 50 hrs Restorative Yoga certification.  I am also qualified as a Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher to Children  since February  2017  at the Special Yoga Foundation  in London, UK.

I have been practicing different types of yoga for the last  15 years  or more. Yoga plays an important part in my life; not only I am an Asanas practitioner but also on daily basis, I follow  the discipline of Yoga .Having  Traveled around the world and in particular  to India on several occasions, I had the opportunity to understand and love the Indian culture and to also know that we are a unity  in our world and the universe.
