So far I have completed by Natural Health Fundamentals course and recently successfully completed the Nutrition: Studies & Application course.

I am currently working on - Sports & Fitness Nutrition then over the next couple years will be working on the remaining 4 courses.

I am excited to begin sharing what I learn with you and explore the interrelationship of mind, body & spirit while promoting holistic knowledge, principles & philosophy.
